Tyler Rounds was able to recently return custody of two children to their father in Canyon County.  The mother had left Idaho with the children and traveled several states away.  The father immediately filed for divorce and demanded that he have custody of the children while the case was pending.  After a hearing the court agreed and granted Tyler's motion to immediately return the children to their father.  

The father will maintain primary custody of the children while the divorce is pending.
