On May 24th Matthew J. Roker will speak to a group of Caldwell Young Professionals at the Bent Fork Bar & Grill in Caldwell. Matt will speak on the topic of what you can and should say to a police officer if you are stopped or approached 1) at your house; 2) in public; or 3) in your car. The event will start at noon and has been titled "Legal Rights 101".
