Congratulations to Gregg Lovan who successfully represented a father in an Owyhee County case. Mr. Lovan’s client was set back by a home study performed by a licensed psychologist, which recommended that the mother have primary custody over their young daughter. However, Mr. Lovan was willing to take the matter to trial and succeeded in securing primary custody for the father.
